School Facility Hire
As can be seen below various areas of the School are available for hire
Crampton Hall £10 per hour
Sports Field £10 per hour
(including use of Dining Room)
Bookings for the Crampton Hall or Sports Field for over five hours incur a maximum charge of £50 per day
Crampton Hall & Sports Field combined £15 per hour
Bookings for the Crampton Hall and Sports Field for over five hours incur a maximum charge of £75 per day
Other facilities e.g. Dining Room, selected classrooms, are available to hire. Prices on application.
All facility hires include the use of the external toilet block.
Hire Terms & Conditions
1. Children must be under the supervision of a suitably qualified adult who will be responsible for their behaviour.
2. All areas of the school apart from those specified above will be out of bounds.
3. No vehicles are to use the school drive beyond the main car park except by prior arrangement.
4. The Hirer is responsible for the Health & Safety of persons under their supervision.
5. The Hirer has adequate liability insurance cover and has provided details of the cover to the School.
6. The Hirer agrees to rectify immediately, at the Hirer’s expense, any damage caused to School property by the Hirer or any person under the Hirer’s supervision.
7. All health, safety and security signs must be heeded and any written instructions adhered to. Visitors must follow any verbal instructions, given by a St John’s member of staff, relating to health, safety or security.
8. There may be occasions when unavoidable school functions mean that the facilities are not available at a particular time. You will be given reasonable notice of relevant dates and may be offered alternative times/venue if available.
9. St. John’s School reserves the right to cancel this agreement with a week’s notice if the Terms of Hire are not met.
