Christine Gill
I am a qualified Mathematics teacher with experience in both the state and the private sector. I taught in St John’s School in Billericay for twenty years. I first taught in Kindergarten then became Head of Mathematics in the Senior school. For the last five years I was Deputy Head.
I returned to Wales in 1992, and was asked to do some supply teaching for two terms at St John’s in the Prep department. Since then I have maintained a strong bond with the school, serving on the Governing Body from 1996. I am currently Vice Chair of the Governing Body and have special responsibility for educational matters.
I am married with two children and four grandsons.
