Tudor Houses

On Thursday 11th March Years 2 and 3 visited St. Fagans. They had great fun being time detectives and finding out about the lives of children from the past. Year 2 were amazed that children in Tudor times often didn’t know when their birthdays were!

Eisteddfod 2010

A massive congratulations to all pupils who participated in this year’s Eisteddfod. The day was packed with a wide variety of recitations, sketches, musical items and many more. The keenly contested house choir competition was won by the Saxons but the overall winners of the Hurlow Rose Bowl were the Britons. A big thank you goes to all the judges who adjudicated all of our competitions on the day and also to the parents who participated in our Eisteddfod highlights concert!     We welcome prospective pupils to our free taster days. We also regularly hold Parent and Toddler sessions in our Nursery, as well as our termly Open Day when it is possible to visit the whole school .
